Section 73(1) in Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2013
(1)Every officer or employee shall on his appointment declare his domicile in writing to the Bank in Schedule-Ill and if such domicile is not his place of birth he shall establish the same to the satisfaction of the Appointing Authority.
