The following categories of Government servants are authorised to exercise in their respective jurisdiction the power under clause (C) of Section-38 and Section 45-A:-Registrar, All Additional Registrars, Joint Registrars, Deputy Registrars, District Co-operative Officers, Assistant Registrars, Block Co-operative Extension Officers, Co-operative Extension Officers, Inspectors, Deputy Chief Auditors, District Audit Officers, Sub-Divisional Audit Officers, Senior Audit Officers and Managing Directors and General Managers of Central Co-operative Banks.]
