During   course   of   hearing   on   the   prayer   for   bail,   a   report   was  called for from RINPAS, Ranchi, regarding mental condition of the appellant,  which has been received.

Seen the report dated 09/03/2011. It appears that the appellant  is suffering  from  'Paranoid Schizophrenia' and he has been advised regular  treatment and follow up. It is also opined that the patient is mentally fit for  discharge.

In the circumstances, the Jail Superintendent, Birsa Munda, Jail  Hotwar, Ranchi, will take back the appellant and will see that he is treated as  advised   by   the   Doctors   of   RINPAS   and   regular   follow   up   is   done.   The   Jail  Superintendent will also see that the medicines  prescribed by the Doctors of  RINPAS is procured and be given to the appellant regularly.

Put up this appeal after six months.

Let  this  order  be communicated to the Medical Superintendent,  RINPAS,   Ranchi   and   the   Jail   Superintendent,   Birsa   Munda   Jail,   Hotwar,  Ranchi through FAX by the office.
