Section 50(1) in Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy Act, 2011
(1)The Council may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, make regulations not inconsistent with this Act and the rules made there under for enabling it to perform its functions and for earning out the purposes of this Act.
