Section 195(1) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018
(1)The Chief Executive Officer shall in each year, frame and place before the prescribed date, a budget showing the probable receipts and expenditure during the following year, and the Zilla Praja Parishad shall sanction the budget, with such modifications, if any, as it thinks fit.
