ORDER

The appeal in this stay application is referred to a Third Member for which the hearing is scheduled to 24.02.2011. The petitioner had earlier filed a stay petition on 12.10.2010 and the stay was ordered by the Tribunal vide order dated. 02.11.2010 in SP.74/Bang/2010. The stay was granted up to 20.02.2011, which is just going to expire.

2. In view of the circumstances stated above, the stay in the present case is extended till 30.06.2011 or till the disposal of the appeal, whichever is earlier.
3. In result, the stay application is allowed.
