No.2/2022) has been filed under Section 151 CPC seeking deletion the name of respondent No.1/4-Jay Kant Sharma stating inter alia that he is one of legal representatives of late Laxmi Nath and since other legal representatives of Laxmi Nath are already on record and representing his interest and therefore, his name may be deleted.
Learned counsel for respondents has objection. However considering the fact that Laxmi Nath is duly represented through other legal representatives, therefore the interest of deceased respondent No.1/4 is similar to other legal representatives, therefore, at the risk and consequence of appellants, the application (I.A. No.2/2022) is allowed.
The name of respondent No.1/4 is deleted from the array of respondents.
Amended cause title filed with the application is taken on record.
