(2)Where the Registrar refuses to register a Co-operative society, [he shall, within one month from the date of receipt of application, communicate] [Substituted for "he shall communicate" by Act No. X of 2010, Dated 28.4.2010, w.e.f. 29.4.2010.] the order of refusal together with the reasons therefor, to such of the applicants as may be prescribed.
