(4)Minor Irrigation, Water Management, Watershed Development. - (a) assisting the Government and the Zilla Parishad in construction and maintenance of minor irrigation works;(b)implementation of individual irrigation works;(c)assisting the Government and the Zilla Parishad in the implementation of schemes on Development of Ground Water Resources, and Watershed Development Programmes.
