Section 122(1) in The Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987
(1)The Government may either suo motu or on an application from any person interested made within ninety days of the passing of the order under Section 120 or Section 121, review any such order if it was passed by them under any mistake, whether of fact or law or in ignorance of any material fact :Provided that the Government shall not pass any order adversely affecting any person unless such person has been given an opportunity of making his representation.
