Section 12(k) in The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore Regulations, 2013
(k)any person for a period of three years who in the opinion of the Central Government will be contributing for the furtherance of the Institute subject to the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Act.
