30. Seasonal Tariff.
- 3.1 The terms and conditions for categorising seasonal industries may be specified by Commission from time to time.30.2The seasonal industries identified by the Petitioner shall be approved by the Commission.30.3The Commission shall determine the season/off-season tariff from time to time.
