Section 9 in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
9. Authorities.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University:-(1)the Executive Council;(2)the Academic Council;(3)the Faculty Councils;(4)the Departmental Committees;(5)the Board of Examination;(6)such other bodies as may be declared by Statute to be the authorities of the University.
