Section 26(7) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(7)Subject to the foregoing provisions of this section, the Vice-Chancellor shall give effect to the orders of the Executive Council regarding the appointment, suspension, and dismissal of officers, Teachers and other employees of the University.
