Section 28(5) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(5)Dean of Faculty shall be the Chairman of the faculty and shall be responsible for the implementation of the Statute, the Ordinance and the Regulation relating to the faculty and for the conduct and maintenance of standards of teaching, research and extension.
