Section 10(1A) in The Gujarat Agricultural Lands Ceiling Act, 1960
(1A)[ Every such person who does not hold any land in any part of India outside this State shall also furnish, with such statement, an affidavit that he docs not hold any land in any such part.] [Sub-section (1-A) was inserted by Gujarat 2 of 1974, Section 12 (b).]
