Section 8 in Tamil Nadu Sandalwood Transit Rules, 1967
8. The date upto which and the description and quantity of sandalwood for which registration of property mark, has effect.
- The registration and each renewal of registration or a property mark shall be valid only in respect of the description and quantity of the wood entered in Form V and be in force only from the date of such registration or renewal until the first day of April following unless otherwise stated.
