Section 4(1) in The Punjab Infrastructure (Development & Regulation) Act, 2002
(1)[The State Government] [Words 'within a period of three months from the date of coming into force of this Act, the State Government,' substituted by Punjab Act No. 22 of 2003.] shall, by notification, establish for the purpose of this Act, an authority to be called the Punjab Infrastructure Regulatory Authority.
