It is pointed out by learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions from Mr. Kapil, Senior Assistant, Local Government Department, that the final notification has already been issued yesterday after considering all the representations/objections of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty, if so advised, to assail fresh notification.
Prayer made is allowed.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
