(5)Every public service shall at all times be furnished with an efficient jack and other tools necessary to change a wheel or rim and tyre and with the equipment necessary to repair the puncture, including the followings, namely:(a)spanners to fit every nut of the vehicle;(b)one screw driver;(c)one pair of pliers;(d)one hammer;(e)two tyre levers;(f)tyre repair outfit;(g)tyre pump;(h)wheel jack;(i)one spare headlight bulb and one spare rear-lamp bulb;(j)a supply of spare fuses.
