Section 1 in The Gresham And Craven Of Indian (Private) Limited (Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings) Act, 1977
1. Short title and Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Gresham and Craven of India (Private) Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1977.(2)The provisions of sections 28 and 29 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th day of September, 1977 and the remaining provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of August, 1977.
