Section 6(1) in Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) Regulations, 1974
(1)A member of the Commission who at the time of appointment to the Commission was in the service of Central or State Government shall be entitled to leave under the rules applicable to him immediately before his appointment and his service as member shall count for such leave.
