Section 204(e) in The Orissa Building and Others Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002
(e)The work in compressed air in a cofferdam or caisson is-(i)Carried out in accordance with the procedure laid down in the relevant national standards;(ii)Carried out by such building workers who have completed eighteen years of age and are medically examined as required under rule 221;(iii)Carried out under the supervision of a responsible person;
