Section 17(1) in The Rajasthan Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1954
(1)Any person whose interests are affected by the Bhoodan declaration made under Section 11 may, within [thirty] [Substituted by Section 3 (i) of Rajasthan Act 14 of 1955,Published in Rajasthan Gazette Extraordianry Part IV-A, dated 31-10-1955.] days of the publication, file objections on the same before the Tehsildar.
