Section 6(1) in The National Law University Orissa Act, 2008
(1)All recognized teaching in connection with the degrees, diplomas and certificates of the University shall be conducted, under the administrative control of the Executive Council, by the Teachers of the University, in accordance with the curricula, prescribed by the Executive Council by regulation in consultation with the Academic Council.
