Section 30(ii) in Punjab School Education Board (Employees' Pension, Provident Fund and Gratuity) Regulations, 1991
(ii)All payments to be made to the employees of the Board on account of pension, shall be withdrawn from the fund/corpus established for the purpose and the gratuity shall be paid from the General Fund as usual.
