UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
By Order dated 6.06.2018, this Court has simply dismissed the Special Leave Petitions of the petitioner which amounts to confirming the order of the High Court.
Mr. Vikramjit Banerjee, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the applicant/petitioner submits that it should be clarified that the petitioner has a right to file objections under Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by SUSHIL KUMAR RAKHEJA Date: 2018.07.31 Section 47 of the Civil Procedure Code and also points out that 11:14:48 IST Reason:
there are certain payments due to the petitioner as well which should be adjusted.2
It is made clear that this Court had not expressed any opinion on such aspects. It will be open to the petitioner to move such application and the Executing Court can deal with the same in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the Misc. Applications stand disposed of.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
