(d)all dust, dirt, dung, ashes, refuse, animal matter, filth and rubbish of every kind, and dead bodies of animals collected by the [Board] [Substituted by Act 24 of 1936, S.69, for "Cantonment Authority" ] from the streets, houses, privies, sewers cesspools or elsewhere, or deposited in places appointed by the [Board] [Substituted by Act 24 of 1936, S.69, for "Cantonment Authority" ] for such purpose;
