If the government servant desiring to return is on leave in any of the localities named in rule 121, his application must be made to the High Commissioner and he must satisfy the medical board at the India Office of his fitness return at least two months before the expiry of his leave. In order to do so he must follow the procedure prescribed in rule 122, When the medical board has been satisfied, the High Commissioner will grant permission to return.
