16. Deans of faculties and their functions.
(1)There shall be a Dean of each faculty.(2)The Deans of faculties shall be appointed by the Vice- Chancellor in a manner as may be prescribed.(3)The Deans shall perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
