- The Chairman may, subject to the provisions of Rule 12, call a meeting of the Committee, or the Board, as the case may be, at any time he thinks fit:Provided that on a requisition, in writing from not less than one half of the members of the Chairman shall call a meeting within fifteen days from the date of receipt of such requisition.
