Section 3(2) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001
(2)All words and expressions used herein and not defined in these Regulations but defined in Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the regulations made thereunder and Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956) shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in those Acts unless otherwise provided in these Regulations.
