Section 30 in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Rules, 2002
30. Budget.
- Each Managing Committee of the Farmers' Organisation shall prepare a detailed budget covering all the activities for the next financial year commencing from April each year. The budget details shall be prepared in the Form-XIII and presented to the respective general body and its approval sought before the end of February each year.
