Justice V. K. Bali, Chairman Vide order dated 08.12.2010 on an application filed by the Union of India, the OA pending in the Ernakulam Bench was transferred to the Principal Bench.
2. Applicant in the OA Shri Dileep Kumar was served. The OA thereafter came up for hearing on 04.01.2011 when Shri M.P. Krishnan Nair, advocate appeared for the applicant. The same learned counsel appeared on 10.02.2011, 28.02.2011 and thereafter on 26.04.2011. However, after the date aforesaid, neither the applicant nor the counsel representing him has chosen to appear on two consecutive dates. The position is no different today. It is 12.45 p.m. The stay is operating against Respondent Nos.8&9. Dismissed in Default.
