Section 233(1) in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
(1)A will made in favour of an incompetent person by ostensibly making it in favour of another person with an understanding that it will benefit the incompetent person or through an intermediary shall be null and void.
