45B. Particulars to be furnished by persons transporting goods.
- Every person transporting any goods notified under sub-section (4) of Section 45-A shall furnish such particulars in respect of such goods transported by him in such form, in such manner, by such date and to such authority as may be prescribed.Explanation. - For purpose of this section, the expression 'person transporting' shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 45-A.
