Learned counsel Ms. Somila appears for the petitioner. Perused the records.
A perusal of the office note dated 29.08.2023 reveals that notice was issued to the respondent no. 5 by registered post with A/D on 31.05.2022.
In respect of the aforesaid respondent, it appears that neither the A/D card nor the un- served notice has been received back. Further, the postal consignment is tracked out from https://www.indiapost.gov.in but no consignment details were found.
In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 5 by registered post with A/D as well as by through the office of the learned Munsiff No. 1, Biswanath, within 7 (seven) days.
