Section 26(1) in Jammu and Kashmir District Mineral Foundation (Composition, Contribution, Functioning, Funding and Trust) Rules, 2017
(1)The State Government shall provide services to the personnel under their control for management of the Trust and for execution of the Annual Plan as may be required for the purpose.
