Section 9(2) in The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(2)The University shall obtain prior permission/recognition from NCTE and Bar council of India before commencing Teachers Training programme and Law Education Programme respectively for conferring graduate or post graduate degrees and for other programmes permission or recognition from authorities/bodies concerned, if required by any law for the time being in force, shall be obtained.
