Section 20(2) in Calcutta Metro Railway (Operation and Maintenance) Temporary Provisions Act, 1985
(2)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or the metro railway administration or any officer or other employee of that Government or the metro railway administration for any damage causes or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
