Section 17(3) in Telangana Municipal Tramways (Construction, Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2008
(3)The exercise of the powers conferred by subsections (1) or (2) above by the tramway operator shall be subject to obtaining of all necessary approvals, licence, authorisation and permissions in accordance with all applicable laws for the time being in force and under any rules or regulations prescribed by the State Government or the Central Government.
