Section 12B(1) in The Maharashtra Employment Guarantee Act, 1977

(1)The District Programme Co-ordinator, the Joint District Programme Co-ordinator and all implementing agencies in the District shall be responsible for the proper utilization and management of the funds placed at their disposal for the purpose of implementing a Scheme.
