Section 8 in The Nalanda Open University Act, 1995
8. Officers of the University.
- The following shall be the Officers of the University, namely :-(1)The Chancellor;(2)The Vice-Chancellor;(3)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor;(4)The Registrar;(5)The Registrar (Examinations);(6)The Finance Officer;(7)Such other persons as may be declared by the Statute to be the Officers of the University.
