1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- [(1) This Act may be called the [Mohanlal Sukhadia] [Substitued by Act No. 21 of 1963 (28-10-1963).] University Act, 1962.](2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force at once.
