186. Procedure for recommending lunatic prisoner on recovery for release.
- Where it is proposed to recommend a lunatic prisoner on recovery for release, the Superintendent shall place his case before the official members of the Board of Visitors at a quarterly meeting and the official visitors may record any remarks thereon, they may consider to be necessary. The recommendation together with the remarks shall then be submitted to the Inspector General for being forwarded to Government.
