Section 4 in The West Bengal Government Premises (Regulation of Occupancy) Act, 1984
4. License for occupation of Government premises.
- A license may be granted by a Competent Authority to any person for the occupation of any Government premises only if he is in the employment of, and holds any specified post under, the State Government.
