It was directed by Hon'ble the Apex Court while deciding the SLP filed against the order dated 25.11.2010 passed by the co-
ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 26.12.2010 that, the matters may be decided within a period of six months.
On 24.05.2019, it was ordered that these matters may be listed amongst top ten cases for final hearing.
On the last occasion, i.e., 28.09.2021, while adjourning the matters for 04.10.2021, it was observed that one last opportunity is granted to learned counsel for the appellant.
Today, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants pray for adjournment of these matters stating personal difficulties of the senior counsel.
In view of the above and keeping in mind the directions of Hon'ble the Supreme Court, list all these matters tomorrow, i.e., 05.10.2021 at 03:30 pm. (DEVENDRA KACHHAWAHA),J 65-68-Mohan/-
