Section 55(b) in Haryana Municipal Business Bye-laws 1981
(b)shall exercise the powers conferred upon the Executive officer and the Secretary under bye-laws 30, 31, 42(1), (4), (5), (ii), (iii), (iv), (vi), (vii) and (xvi), 43(iv), (v), 49 and 50 until the committee is reconstituted; and
