(2)The testimonials shall be signed by a responsible officer under whom the candidate has directly served and be countersigned by the employer, agent, or Manager of the workshop or factory and clearly state the capacity in which the candidate was employed giving details of his work and degree of responsibility with relation to steam generation, in preparation and maintenance of boilers and show dates between which candidate was employed.
