Section 39 in The Meghalaya Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1988
39. Power to incur expenditure.
- The Member-Secretary or such other officers empowered by him shall have powers to incur expenditure against allotments made in the budget estimates sanctioned by the Board and against sanctioned estimates from out of the funds of the Board subject to observance of the general financial rules of the Government.
